Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Designed for performance. Engineered for reliability.

1. What types of pools is the robot designed for?

The robot is engineered to perform across all pool shapes and surface types, including concrete, tile, vinyl, and fiberglass.

Its adaptive design ensures consistent cleaning results in both standard and custom-built pools.

2. Why is the robot not moving or moving slowly?

This is typically related to the pool environment rather than the device itself.

  • Ensure that circulation and heating systems are turned off during operation
  • Check for possible obstructions such as drains or debris on the pool floor

If the robot encounters resistance, it is designed to pause and reattempt movement automatically. Manual assistance may be used if necessary.

3. Why is there water inside the unit upon delivery?

Each unit undergoes comprehensive in-water performance testing prior to shipment.

As a result, a small amount of residual water may remain inside the device. This is expected and reflects our quality assurance process.

4. How do I perform a firmware (OTA) update?

Firmware updates are delivered seamlessly through the mobile app to ensure optimal performance.

To update:

  1. Connect the robot to the app
  2. Navigate to Settings > Firmware Update
  3. Follow the guided instructions

We recommend maintaining a stable network connection and a battery level above 10% during the update process.

5. Why does the robot appear offline?

Temporary disconnections may occur under certain conditions:

  • Signal limitations underwater may interrupt connectivity
  • Low battery shutdown will disconnect the device until recharged
  • Router configuration changes (SSID, password, or access restrictions) may require reconnection

Once conditions are restored, the robot is designed to reconnect automatically. If needed, network setup can be repeated via the app.

6. Why does the robot remain at the bottom of the pool?

This behavior may indicate one of the following operating states:

  • ECO Mode: After completing a cleaning cycle, the robot remains at the pool floor and will resume cleaning automatically every 48 hours
  • Low battery protection: The robot safely parks at the bottom and signals with a flashing yellow indicator

These features are designed to optimize energy usage and extend product lifespan.

7. Why won’t the robot power on?

In most cases, the battery level is insufficient.

Please charge the unit and confirm that the charging indicator displays a steady green light before attempting to power on again.

8. Why does the robot power on but not begin cleaning?

To diagnose:

  1. Remove the robot from the pool
  2. Check the status indicator for any warning signals
  3. Connect via the app and perform a system check

This process allows the device to identify and report any operational issues.

9. Why is the cleaning speed reduced?

Reduced speed is often related to filter condition.

We recommend:

  • Removing the filter basket
  • Cleaning accumulated debris

Maintaining a clean filtration system ensures optimal performance.

10. Why is suction performance reduced?

A clogged filter may restrict water flow and reduce suction efficiency.

Regular cleaning of the filter basket will restore full performance.

11. Why does the robot tilt during operation?

Imbalance is typically caused by uneven debris distribution within the filter.

Cleaning the filter basket will restore proper balance and movement.

12. Why is the robot not charging properly?

Please verify the following:

  • The device is correctly connected to the power supply
  • Charging contacts are clean and free of corrosion

Proper contact ensures stable and efficient charging.

13. Why is the robot unable to clean walls or the waterline?

Wall-climbing performance may be affected by reduced suction due to debris buildup.

Cleaning the filter basket will typically restore full climbing capability.
